My Own Weight Loss

As you will see from the first photograph, I had gained quite a few more pounds throughout my pregnancy. I felt very uncomfortable, I had reached 10st 7lb and was a size 14, which may not seem like a great deal of extra weight but on considering my small frame of only 5ft. I felt quite large! This photo was taken in May 2009.



Looking at the second photograph, which was taken on our holiday in October 2009, you will see that I have lost quite a lot of weight on the diet by then. The weight was so easy to lose and I was able to enjoy the holiday so much more and I didn't feel like I was missing out on any fun by being on the diet plan!



The third photgraph shows how I've managed to keep the weight off. This picture was taken during our last holiday in September 2011. I no longer feel like I am following a diet - this is who I am now : healthier, thinner, more active and above all, happy!
